  • Responsible for providing senior level advisory services to management of businesses and projects in alternative energy & clean technology (AE&CT), energy efficiency, materials recycling, and sustainable buildings and related real estate development strategies.  Areas of expertise include:  use of new and sustainable technologies, maximization of return using sustainable strategies for business and finance, and evaluation of opportunities presented by integrating emerging technologies into current business operations. 
  • Advisory and financing relationships managed for clients include an 80+ MW wind power project, the developer of a cross-border (CEE and SEE) renewable energy regional IPP, a Ukrainian developer of a CHP biomass energy project, a US holding company for oil, gas and mining property operating businesses in Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine, and a Czech developer of clean energy intellectual property and multiple grid-tied solar power generation facilities.

2017 - Present: Mentor for Technology Transfer, Department of Project Management and Technology Transfer, Czech Technical University in Prague, which is the largest and oldest engineering and technical university in the Czech Republic

2013 - Present:  Senior Investment Banker; Starlight Investments L.L.C., a US registered broker-dealer with operations in California, New York and Texas.

2006 - Present:  Chairman/Incorporator; Global Clean Technologies, Inc., a private firm that helps clean technology companies to effectively and efficiently enter new markets. 

1989 - Present:  Chairman, President/CEO and Co-founder; HRST Inc., which provides consulting to US energy and environmental companies at early stages of growth.
